摘要

This study aims to identify and explain the significance of the effect of training and ability on job performance. Based on the results of inferential analysis using multiple linear regression analysis that indicates the significance of F is 0.000 <0.050 (alpha) coefficient value of 0.370 obtained for training (X1) on work performance (Y) and the coefficient of 0.280 for the ability (X2) on the performance (Y ). Similarly, the R Square value obtained is equal to 0.399 of the Job Performance (Y). This suggests that the training and ability variables have a significant influence on the Job Performance of employees either directly or indirectly at PT. PLN (Persero) service area and Malang network.
